HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - The Township Committee by a vote of 3-1 has appointed Jeffrey Wright to fill the vacancy left when Committeewoman Olivia Holmes resigned her seat on Feb. 4. He is expected to serve out the remaining 10 months in that term, and run for election in November. Committee members thanked Holmes for her dedication and service.
